Hey y'all. During my daily search through cool ads, I stumbled upon a sweet ambient ad that might spark some good thinking for our new client, the Minneapolis Public Library. Here it is:
Books shoved into places where you wouldn't expect them... attention getting, isn't it? LET'S EXPAND!
Thanks for hangin' in there. Our next meeting will be:
MONDAY, MAY 19th 7:00pm Same place as last meeting (lower level of Coffman, by Einsten Bros/Cafeteria)
Please bring your Ovaltine ideas, I hope you all have lots to share! It might be a little chaotic because some teams didn't work out so well and we have a few new people that will need to get into teams, etc. However, we are planning on just sharing our work for most of the meeting, so be prepared! We will NOT be collecting fees at this meeting... so no worries right now.
If you cannot make it to this meeting, just make sure someone in your group has your work so they can show it to us.
Thanks! Hope to see you all there!
Alicia & Nat
P.S. If you're new and don't have Ovaltine ideas for the meeting, just come willing to give some feedback for others' work.
Hello there! Sorry I didn't post this sooner... busy, busy, busy!
Our client that we got at our April 3rd meeting was Ovaltine, favorite beverage of 1950s tv, screechy kids, and our lovely co-president Natalie!
"But what IS Ovaltine?" you ask? Well, according to my best friend Wiki, Ovaltine is a brand of milk flavoring product made with sugar (except in Switzerland), malt extract, cocoa, and whey. It also contains a bunch of vitamins and such, but you can look up all of that info. on your own.
I hope you're all working your little hearts out and perhaps trying the beverage. (Don't worry, that is not a requirement for this club.) But, if you'd like to try some, I am sure Nat might have some for your tasting pleasure.
I'll leave you with a charming old Ovaltine commercial:
